If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get back to your setup as quickly as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific items you wish to return.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
